Support Worker
Casual / Part-timeProvide hands-on daily living support to NDIS participants and aged care clients in their homes and community. You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, transport, and social activities under the guidance of our Registered Nurses.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certificate
Registered Nurse
Full-time / Part-timeLead clinical care for our clients across NDIS, Support at Home, and DVA programs. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, provide complex wound care, and mentor our support worker team.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in community or home-based care preferred
- Valid driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
Enrolled Nurse
Casual / Part-timeWork alongside our Registered Nurses to deliver clinical care in clients' homes. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring under RN supervision.
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- Community nursing experience an advantage
- Valid driver's licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
