CISP Specialised Care is a registered NDIS provider specialising in psychosocial disability, complex and high-needs care, and clinical nursing supports. Every plan is overseen by a Registered Nurse so you receive safe, consistent, high-quality care.

This means your support workers are guided by clinical expertise, your health needs are monitored proactively, and your family has a single point of contact for any medical concerns. We are registered for a broad range of NDIS supports — from everyday personal care through to complex nursing and behaviour support.
What we provide
Daily living and personal care
Assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation and other daily tasks, delivered with dignity and consistency by trained support workers.
Community access and social support
Support to engage with community activities, appointments, social outings and recreational pursuits that matter to you.
Psychosocial disability support
Specialist support for participants living with mental health conditions, delivered by workers trained in trauma-informed and recovery-oriented practice.
Complex and high-needs care
Support for participants with complex medical, behavioural or communication needs, with Registered Nurse oversight and detailed, individualised care planning.
Behaviour Support Plan implementation
Skilled implementation of Behaviour Support Plans developed by a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner, with detailed progress reporting.
Restrictive practice authorisation support
Compliant use of regulated restrictive practices where authorised, with full documentation and reporting to the NDIS Commission.
Wound care and clinical nursing
Registered Nurse-delivered wound assessment, dressing and management in the participant's home or SIL setting.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
24-hour supported accommodation across our homes in Adelaide's northern and southern suburbs. One room currently available at Munno Para Downs.
How NDIS funding works
The NDIS funds supports across three budget categories. CISP delivers supports from Core and Capital budgets.
Core Supports
Covers everyday assistance — personal care, community access, and consumables. This is the most flexible budget category and is where most of our day-to-day supports are funded from.
Capacity Building
Funds supports that build your skills and independence over time, such as support coordination, therapy, and skill development programs.
Capital Supports
Covers assistive technology and home modifications. SIL funding sits in this category and requires a separate assessment and approval process.

A Registered Nurse will visit you at home to complete an initial assessment and develop your personalised care plan.
Support begins
