Support at Home Registered Provider

Aged care support in Adelaide that keeps you at home.

CISP Specialised Care is a registered Support at Home provider delivering personal care, domestic assistance and community support to older Australians across South Australia. Every care plan is overseen by a Registered Nurse.

Nurse-led aged care in your own home

Staying at home as you age is about more than just practical help — it is about maintaining your independence, your routines, and your connection to the people and places you love. CISP brings clinical expertise into the home. A Registered Nurse assesses your needs, develops your care plan, and remains your point of contact as your needs change over time. Our support workers are carefully matched to each client and guided by that clinical oversight, so you receive consistent, safe, high-quality care every visit.

How is Support at Home funded?

Older Australians access home care through the government-funded Support at Home program, with funding allocated based on an assessment of your care needs. CISP is a registered Support at Home provider.

Support at Home program

The Australian Government's Support at Home program replaced the Home Care Packages program in 2025. It provides funding for a range of supports to help older Australians remain living independently at home. Funding is allocated based on an assessment of your care needs and is managed through My Aged Care.

My Aged Care assessment

Access to Support at Home starts with an assessment through My Aged Care. An assessor will visit you at home to understand your goals and care needs, and the level of funding you are approved for is based on that assessment.

Not sure how the funding works for you? Call our team on 08 7084 6680 and we will help you work it out.
