Arthur is the Founder and CEO of CISP Specialised Care, a public health advocate with a strong interest in entrepreneurship. Since 2018, CISP has grown into a registered NDIS, DVA Community Nursing, and home care provider, delivering high-quality, RN-led community nursing and support to elderly and disability clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Kiran Khatri is CISP's Clinical Lead and Registered Nurse, with close to 20 years' experience across hospital, community and practice settings. She leads our RN-led clinical nursing, including wound care, diabetes and insulin management, continence assessment, and medication management, and is committed to empowering both her team and our clients.
